The Free Will Baptist mission is to help people come to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ and to teach people to grow as believers. We are committed to helping people – all people, of every age, in every place.

Free Will Baptist churches have been helping people since 1627. There are more than 2,300 Free Will Baptist churches in the United States. Free Will Baptist missionaries are serving in many countries around the world. Let us impact your world. Visit us soon!

Our Beliefs

The Bible is the only true, inspired word of God.

There is only one God, eternally existing as a trinity of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

Jesus Christ is the virgin born Son of God who lived a sinless life. He died for the sins of all, rose again, ascended to heaven, now intercedes for believers, and will come again.

All people have a sin nature. People are guilty sinners from the moment they mature to accountability and choose to sin. They are free to accept or reject the love of God. The saved will enjoy eternal life in heaven and the lost will suffer eternal punishment in hell.

Salvation is a free gift of God, available to all, obtained by faith in Jesus Christ, and it produces a changed life. *There is a possibility for a believer to choose to depart from the faith and be lost.

Baptism, the Lord’s supper, and *feet washing are the three symbolic acts ordained by Christ for all believers to practice.

Who We Are

Mark Thomas serves as the pastor. Mark and Donna (left) served for seventeen years in Greeley, Colorado as missionary church planters. They are employed once again by Free Will Baptist Home Missions to establish a church in the Pueblo area. Mark was saved at age 7 and started preaching in 1977. Donna was saved at age 5 and has served in children’s ministry since 1989. Their son, Matthew, serves as a youth pastor in Oklahoma. Their son, Jonathan, has severe autism and other disabilities. However, the Lord has used Jonathan to draw people to Jesus.
